UFP Palets y Embalajes SL Joins UFP Packaging’s Global Network

On September 20, 2023, UFP Global Holdings Ltd., a sister company of UFP Packaging, acquired a majority stake in UFP Palets y Embalajes SL, a newly formed company combining Palets Suller SL, Serrería y Palets Chiva SL, and Drevex Castellón SL. The company is a full-service provider of wooden pallet and packaging solutions in Spain. As the country’s market leader in machine-built pallets, UFP Palets is positioned to serve the region’s ceramic, agriculture, automotive, chemical, and food and beverage industries.
